The core develops the tools, advances the methodology, and does the analysis that keeps both sharp; collaborators lead client engagements, bringing KanORS' platforms and standards to end-users with the continuity a long analysis demands — without the overhead of a conventional consulting pyramid.
We choose projects for what they teach as well as what they deliver: every engagement should push the tools and methods forward, because that is what keeps them worth relying on. Clients feel this as compounding value — the platform you use this year is better than last year's, partly because of engagements like yours.
A newer thread extends our reach further: consulting firms like BCG and Deloitte train TIMES modelers in-house and run them on KiNESYS with our guidance and quality oversight. We set the standard and mentor the teams; they scale the delivery.
